This course is a great introduction to meditation. Understand the fundamentals and learn simple tools to start your own practice. The group meets in-studio two Saturdays - Jan 14th & Jan 28th - from 9:30 to 11:00 am (space is limited). Pre-registration required. Includes theory and practice. Regular price: $100 (for both Saturdays)
