Meet Samantha Spratt, Founder of Greenville Meditation

I’m Samantha Spratt, Founder and Head Instructor of Greenville Meditation. I bring together more than 25 years of yoga and meditation practice with over 20 years of international business and corporate experience.

My professional career has taken me into international business environments where leadership, performance, communication, adaptability, and the demands of a busy professional life matter every day. Alongside my business career, yoga and meditation have been a consistent and meaningful part of my own life and personal practice.

Greenville Meditation grew from bringing these two worlds together.

I believe wellbeing doesn't have to exist separately from professional life. In fact, the workplace, educational environment, and everyday life are places where mindfulness, movement, breathing, and meditation can make a meaningful difference.

My approach is practical, accessible, and inclusive. You don't need to be an experienced yogi or meditator, and you don't need to add another complicated commitment to your already busy life. My goal is to make these practices relevant and accessible to people with different backgrounds, schedules, and levels of experience.

Today, I work with corporations, executives, teams, schools, universities, and individuals to create customized programs that give people an opportunity to pause, reset, reconnect, and return to what matters with greater awareness and intention.

When a program calls for additional instructors or specialized expertise, I draw from a trusted network of experienced wellness professionals who share my commitment to quality, professionalism, and creating meaningful experiences. This allows me to build programs around the size, needs, and goals of each organization.

Two Worlds. One Approach.

Business expertise grounded in mindfulness practice.

My perspective on wellbeing comes from living in both worlds — the realities of professional life, leadership, business, and organizational environments, alongside the depth and discipline of a longstanding yoga and meditation practice.

I understand the demands of a busy professional life because I have experienced them myself. I also understand the value of creating space to slow down, breathe, become more present, and reconnect.

The result is an approach to wellbeing that is professional, practical, welcoming, and designed to fit real life.

A Little More About Me

I’m Brazilian-American and live with my family in Greenville, South Carolina.

In addition to Greenville Meditation, I hold a law degree in Brazil, and I’m involved in economic development in the Upstate, working with businesses, organizations, and community leaders to support the growth of our region.

Outside of my work, I enjoy practicing yoga and meditation, spending time with family and friends, being in nature, and enjoying life with my pets.

I believe that wellbeing isn't about adding one more thing to an already busy life. It's about creating meaningful opportunities to pause, breathe, reconnect, and cultivate greater awareness in the life we are already living. That belief is at the heart of Greenville Meditation.
