This workshop is a great introduction to meditation and is offered as a series. The agenda is structured that you can attend a single session or the entire series.

Group meets in-studio on selected Saturdays (April 1st, April 22nd, and May 13th) from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (space is limited). Price: $40 (price per person/per session).

Learn a meditation approach that uses the repetition of phrases (mantras) as a powerful technique for reducing stress and promoting focus and creativity.
Our guided relaxation meditations incorporate calming sounds, “mindfulness music,” to help you relax and let go of anxieties and tensions.
Learn Yoga Nidra, a relaxation technique for releasing stress and tension held in your body. Move into a deep state of conscious awareness sleep, which is a deeper state of relaxation with awareness.
