6-WEEK INTRO TO MEDITATION COURSE
THEORY & PRACTICE

This course is a great introduction to different styles of meditation. Understand the fundamentals and learn simple tools and techniques to start your own practice. The group meets in-studio on Wednesdays from 6-7:15 pm (space is limited). Starts May 4th.

Early bird price until April 15th: $150 for all 6 sessions.

Regular price: $180.

4-WEEK GROUP SESSION
GENTLE YOGA AND MEDITATION

This is a short practice of gentle yoga and meditation to unwind from your day and relax.  This centering practice helps you settle into the body and breath, relieve stress, fight fatigue, increase awareness, and feel good.  Starts June 1st

$50 for all 4 sessions.

MINDFULLNESS & MEDITATION
FOR KIDS

This Mindfulness & Meditation Group helps kids integrate mindfulness into everyday life and explores how meditation can help your child build self-confidence, self-control, focus, and empathy, all while reducing stress and anxiety. Starts March 2nd.

$150 for all 6 sessions.
