Our online courses include four one-hour group sessions, typically held on Mondays from 6:00–7:00 PM. Please note that the schedule may vary depending on the instructor and course availability. We recommend contacting us in advance at info@greenvillemediation.com to confirm your session times.

INTRO TO MEDITATION (Level 1): An Introduction to Meditation - Learn the fundamentals of multiple meditation styles to find what works best for you.
INTRO TO MEDITATION (Level 2): Once you’ve completed Level 1, continue your journey by deepening your meditation practice and learning additional techniques to cultivate lasting balance and personal growth.
BREATH TO BALANCE: An Introduction to Breathwork - breathing techniques to reduce stress, restore energy, and support emotional well-being.
MINDFULNESS IN MOTION: An Introduction to Mindfulness with Practical Tools for Everyday Balance.
Our online courses include both theory and practice, providing a well-rounded understanding of techniques and how to apply them in everyday life.

$200 per course – includes a package of four 60-minute online sessions focused on one subject.
